What is tai chi?
Tai Chi is the name for a type of Chinese moving meditation most commonly known for its slow moving hand forms. There is a huge variation of styles out there and teachers vary greatly in their content and approach.
What is tai chi chuan?
Tai Chi Chuan (TaiJiQuan) is the name for Tai Chi as a complete internal martial art. I practice WuDang (part of Wu style) Tai Chi Chuan which has a particular style and lineage. It has a broad syllabus including hand forms, weapons forms (sword, sabre and spear), pushing hands (close contact exercises), internal strength exercises (including NeiGong and Qigong) as well as self defence! If you train with me you'll get the opportunity to learn all of these!
What sort of tai chi do you teach?
I teach one style, a Wu style of tai chi, called Wu Dang Tai Chi Chuan (or TaiJiQuan).

QiGong
I teach a wide variety of qigong exercises that I've learnt as part of tai chi training. These include BaDuanJin, 5 animals, Northern Star, 6 healing sounds as well as tai chi qigong.
Our mission
We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
Our team
Our strength lies in our individuality. Set up by Esther Bryce, the team strives to bring in the best talent in various fields, from architecture to interior design and sales.
